We have always kept them in a cool dark cupboard as they are covered in oil, They are naturally preserved. The fridge will not affect the black bean or smoky but the peanuts from our peanut rāyu will lose their crunch.

Ah you can find it here. It's worth noting a little goes a long way and even though our product has a high caloric count they are the perfect way of skyrocketing even the healthiest plate of food.

Yes all our jars are gluten free

Don’t worry, we ship your order to you as fast as we possibly can. We dispatch Monday-Friday and expect to get your order out to you sharpish.

• Ireland: 1-2 days from day of dispatch
• Europe: 1-3 days from day of dispatch
• Rest of the world: 14 days from day of dispatch

Our boxes are fully recyclable – even the tape! The labels on our jars are compostable, and the glass goes in the glass bin. Or you can re-use them for spices, crayons, or as little flower pots.
