EGGS & RAYU TOGETHER FOREVER
Eggs and Rāyu are forever friends. A match made in speed breakfast/lunch/ dinner heaven.
We have a few suggestions for some of our go-to combinations, but really, we live by four simple rules:
- Get the best eggs you can find: free range, happy chickens will have tastier eggs.
- Choose your vehicle: homemade sourdough never goes amiss, or a crumpet, some roasted veg or a sheet or two of rice paper even.
- Don’t stop there. What about a few toppings or sides? Introduce some avocado, crispy kale or whatever needs using up.
- Finish up with a generous dollop of your fave White Mausu rāyu on top.
