A delightful way to use radish's which are cheap, colourful and crunchy.
This dish is a great accompaniment to any Chinese meal.
Ingredients

Pack of Radish
-
¾ tsp salt
-
1 tsp sugar
-
2 tbsp Light Soya Sauce
-
2 tbsp Smoky chilli oil
-
1.2 tsp sesame oil
Directions
Top and tail the radish, smack them lightly with knife or rolling pin.
Add salt and leave for 30 min
Combine sugar soy, sesame and chilli oil in a bowl
When ready to eat, drain radish ( will have release lots of water, shake them dry and pour chilli oil mix on top)
